I thought it was great to have the follow-on on the same day personally but I can see how some people would prefer to do them on different days and a slight gap between the 2 to practice

Really good involvement of the whole group by DJ and a really engaging session that was super interesting - it was a really good grounding on the topic and the various tools that are out there & how to use them effectively.

I was really impressed with the course and the approaches - I found the session both engaging and thought-provoking. Keen to learn more and use them in our organisation.

Today we had a really great refresher on self awareness and self management. It helped me to consolidate a lot of the information we learned at the beginning of the course.

The STARRR analysis was very useful

I've always wanted to learn about mail merge and it was great to do this course as personalising an email to lots of members will add a really nice touch. The trainer helped to embed the learning steps by going through them with me which was great.

Level two was definitely a step up from Level 1, but it was good to be challenged and be put in a position of figuring things out as you go along. I learned some really useful functions that I hope will make my workload a lot easier to manage!

It was really eye-opening and I will definitely carry forward the content learnt in my work

Janet was great, she was warm and welcoming and well informed. It was nice to meet people outside of my organisation and sound board off of them.

I feel so much better about starting the apprenticeship.
