Thank-you so much to Paul and our fabulous cohort of NHS clinicians, this course has been so insightful and thought provoking, each session I've came away feeling empowered and have desires to implement new idea's to help me become a better leader. Today was particularly insightful to the importance of the induction process in relation to recruitment and retention which can be a particular issue within the NHS due to the high stress levels and cultures of certain teams.

The course instructor was very knowledgeable. The course was very well balanced with both theory and practical involvement.

I was probably the only person on the course who had never seen PowerBI or realised what it could do. I found day 1 great, I learnt a lot and had a lot to take away that I could use. Day 2 was more advanced, good things to know but probably not things I am personally likely to need to use day to day, however absolutely great to see the advanced features. Serena was fantastic, no question was a silly question. The pace the delivery was spot on, thank you!

Sarena has been a fantastic facilitator during the whole course. She was continuously checking about how we were getting on topics, slowing down where things were a bit complicated. Course is highly recommended to people who have a sound understanding of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

A great day, it supported my aims and reinforced some previous learning but plenty of practical and scalable tips

Overall a well structured course, well delivered. The tools provided were also up-to-date and in optimal conditions, which made following the course and practising on the small interactive tasks even smoother and better.

A really useful topic - food for thought. Great opportunity for discussion.
