A good second instalment - right balance of detail with a broad coverage.
Was really good and enjoyable compared to a lot of training sessions i have gone to . Have developed my excel abilities further so accomplished my aim and received great hospitality
Enjoyed the session and it moved along at a good pace
Lot of ground covered tailored to the 6 of us present Can't comment on the manual /booklet as yet as have not had opportunity to read properly
I enjoyed the day very much. I learned some interesting insights and heard some that I had previously heard but good to have them reinforced. Definitely things to take away, but some benefits may be intangible.
Good overall I had expected to focus in on looking at what the framework is for us

Have held out for a long time to do this course and delighted I did so. Much to reflect on.
The course covered our supervision process well. Was good to share with someone outside the business but other colleagues in other areas too
Very good - Would give a sold or 8.5 - 9 out of ten. Maybe the day is slightly too long - I started to struggle keeping concentration in the last hour after already over 5 hours of training.
