I found this course very useful as it gave me a different perspective. I learnt about myself and about being a Leader , not a Manager. I am putting the principles I have learnt in practice and will continue to do so. e mindful of psychological safety.

Great introduction to project management and left with a great basis for future projects

I was familiar with and have experience in applying all the frameworks presented here today. Nevertheless, I found the session engaging and enjoyable. It was good to review frameworks that I haven't used for a while.

Really good training sessions, the material and frameworks provided are very helpful in setting me up to become a manager.
