Today was quite a nice time off work, a day to unwind and discuss methods of communication as well as relatable issues with other fellow receptionists. Suzi Butcher was incredible, I hope to use the knowledge I have obtained in my workplace effectively. Thank you!

I thoroughly enjoyed the course. I was a little dubious about taking part on-line as I normally prefer face to face courses but the duration of the on-line course meant that I was able to put some of learning in place. It also meant we got a really geographically diverse range of people all of whom I really enjoyed working with. Nicky and Haley were amazing and I cannot thank them enough for the way they have delivered the course.

I highly recommend and enjoyed the management training. It made me feel like more is easily achievable than expected and it was definitely eye opening. I feel I have benefited from this training.

I really enjoyed the 2 days at Happy. The course was engaging and went by really fast. I feel like I've refreshed skills I already had a learnt a lot more along the way.
