The course wasn't what I thought it would be, completely different topic and I was sceptical when I watched the video and read the article pre-meeting, I actually found it very useful, lots of things to do, was nice to hear from other people and to talk to people I wouldn't normally speak to. The facilitator was great, he listened to responses and then responded to them. I was pleasantly surprised.

An excellent course, highly recommend. The trainer was very skilled, not only in how to deliver such material, but also in how to treat his audience. He was patient, showed empathy and did not do what IT trainers often do - rush on and talk as if we all understand what is being said, when we don't! He used language that was common to all and explained everything very clearly. His use of anecdotes and real-life examples were very helpful. I found his course very valuable and interesting. And all this, on his birthday apparently!!

I really valued Gill's instruction today and would not hesitate to take any other courses you offer from her - i got so much value from her instruction, it was dynamic, collaborative, safe and exceptionally thorough and easy to follow. I was excited to come back after lunch which rarely happens :) As an XL user, you could say it's because I love the subject material, but it's because i found value in something I thought I knew well

At the start i was hesitant for the length of the course and been online how good/ boring will be but very glad i had taken it in online as Gill was excellent to understand (second language speaker accents can be a barrier) and i understand all the topics, now it is how and up to me to put in practice. also on a normal basis will mirror formulas but i do have understanding on how to build it myself. thanks for all the knowledge.
