Technical issues aside I found this a useful session, with some good outcomes for me personally.

Very useful informative session, a great learning experience

Yeah much better than I expected. Ben was a great instructor and showed his expertise. Rather than lectures it was more focused on thinking through scenarios, which is a more engaging approach .
