Found it beneficial in a week that I didn't think would be able to take on some of the benefits of it because it was already quite a focused week (end of quarter/board meeting time). I was able to use some of the ideas to help me complete a few things that I think I would have just put back by another week so really happy with that. I like the pomodoro focus because I have a habit of losing track of time when really focused on something. Will be trialling monk-mode going forward as well as four frogs.
