Today's course was very practical and made me reflect on how to integrate everyone into the team and on some strategies to be less biased in the way I work with others and more conscious of bias that might be there that I am not aware of.

Thank-you so much to Paul and our fabulous cohort of NHS clinicians, this course has been so insightful and thought provoking, each session I've came away feeling empowered and have desires to implement new idea's to help me become a better leader. Today was particularly insightful to the importance of the induction process in relation to recruitment and retention which can be a particular issue within the NHS due to the high stress levels and cultures of certain teams.

The course instructor was very knowledgeable. The course was very well balanced with both theory and practical involvement.

I was probably the only person on the course who had never seen PowerBI or realised what it could do. I found day 1 great, I learnt a lot and had a lot to take away that I could use. Day 2 was more advanced, good things to know but probably not things I am personally likely to need to use day to day, however absolutely great to see the advanced features. Serena was fantastic, no question was a silly question. The pace the delivery was spot on, thank you!
