Very well facilitated in a calm, safe environment.

It has been a fantastic course covering tools and elements that can be applied not just in the work place, but everyday life; from inner chimp to coaching, enabling and building teams, safe space and taking risks, multipliers and diminishers, understanding how you function and being able to look at your team and see how they function and respond to different stresses and encouragement.

Extremely helpful and well organized course. I find the interactive discussions quite helpful and helps challenge our own understanding of leadership.

Fantastic course that has given my lots of useful tips that I can use daily to improve my leadership ability. Overall has boosted my confidence as a leader.

Over all found the course was good, it has enhanced my confidence in leading teams, focus on the listening, networking, coaching, empowering staff, different style, psychological safety, stress management and recruitment, and it was practical discussion on the topics, different tools on the tools, has helped me and the team, benefiting the patients.
