Great courses today, Nicky was an excellent facilitator and considering how different the morning and the afternoon sessions were, she responded to the various needs very well. The morning session involved people I directly line manage and recently had very difficult and conflicted conversations with, so it was difficult to voice particular concerns and areas which need to be addressed, but I feel confident we will support each other to take an improved approach to these conversations and support one another with grace.
