A great 4th day to end an all round great programme. It really encouraged reflection, discussion, and growing both as individuals and together as a leadership team.

The highlight of my week. It is so good to take some time to properly think about how to address some of my feelings towards myself and hear other people's insights and feelings too.

Daphne and (Gill?) were very good, fun and engaging, some things I already knew how to do so it was nice reassurance that I have been doing them correctly. Learnt new functions around the background settings which were really interesting.

Good course, engaging and well paced. Facilitated learning from each other well through shared experience and discussion rather than dictating material.

Paul is very engaging, calm and encouraging. He creates a nice easy atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable to share. The course content is insightful and useful.

I wasn't sure what the training involved but I'm glad I attended. I should be able to add or remove people to Teams and this should make tracking team messages and documents much more efficient. Thank you.
