Today was more of an introduction on leadership so I don't have much to comment on.
It was a very informative course and the practical applications of the knowledge we learnt to the examples was great
Our trainer Daphne was really good, informative, and on top of that lovely and funny.
The trainer was knowledgeable and friendly providing an encouraging environment to learn.
Sal was so helpful and patient. All the info really sinked in :)
