Another really good interactive session - refreshed on some topics and learnt some new models to use

DJ is a good facilitator, the training was really informative and helpful.

The day was long but didn't drag which I think shows that it was well facilitated. The breaks were adequate. The facilitator was patient and encouraging and gave praise.

Our group session with Cathy was exactly what we needed. Cathy worked with and understood our agenda perfectly. Cathy facilitated a well-structured and paced session, adapting the timings and agenda to get the best from the session.

There was a lot of information to cover, but I did find it all very interesting, and I think I can improve some of the surveys we generate with the information provided
