Kevin is very patient and accommodating. He makes the class inclusive and very interactive, which really helps the learning process. He has a great sense of humour which keeps the atmosphere friendly and fun, Quite fast paced so I will have to go away as last time and practice, practice, practice.
Facilitator paced the session well. Lots to learn - will continue to use this in my work.
