Great course. I particularly liked that we were invited to think of work or personal examples for the exercises. Felt more personal psychology focused, rather than an extractive focus.

It was a great insight into the use of SharePoint and a lot of lessons and knowledge gained.
It was quick but it needed to be as we only had an hour. It was useful to see how various functions worked in the different versions of Outlook, appreciate it took a bit longer as a result but it will be helpful for supporting colleagues who maybe work in different versions.
The course was really well run, with a lot of interaction and engagement with other participants. It was great to hear what other people struggle with, to know that most people have the same issues.
