This was a really useful course for me as a refresher for elements of PM/BA roles that I've done for many years. There were elements that I had completely forgotten, and others that allowed me to re-review some of the approaches to some of the work I am currently doing. It also really highlighted where organisations are leaping ahead without the planning and required impact assessments which results in disjointed and costly mistakes.
This session was extremely useful has provided me confidence in the basics of excel. Excellent delivery, very engaging.
