The course helped our LT to think and talk about how they lead, so this was the real value rather than the specific points of the training, per-se (although they were useful as well). The course was relevant and very well facilitated by Nicky.
I found the day comprehensive, and went into a lot of detail. It helped break it down and gave a very good theory behind project management. The faciltator was nice and clear. I learnt so much information!
The facilitator was enteraining and great, they really explained things well. When I use PowerPoint in the future I will use his tips!
