This was great - lots of new information, well-paced, and the attendees all had a good existing knowledge of Excel which helped the dynamic.

The course was enjoyable and useful

Great course and training. My only issue would be that the lighting in the room was a bit bright and gave me a bit of a headache but I appreciate probably can't really change that easily!

Surprised - I didn’t want to enjoy this but it really clearly paved a way from listening to coaching to feedback and I feel much more able to approach difficult conversations and develop team members

I found the course very useful in providing ideas on how to tackle difficult subjects and remained engaging throughout
