Kevin is very patient and accommodating. He makes the class inclusive and very interactive, which really helps the learning process. He has a great sense of humour which keeps the atmosphere friendly and fun, Quite fast paced so I will have to go away as last time and practice, practice, practice.

Very PRACTICAL and lively training! I have enjoyed the 2 days' sessions and learnt new things or 'old things' with new perspective; which I will practice in my personal & work life, and management role

Paul is a fantastic facilitator, I love the anecdotes and personal stories that he includes in the training. The training was full of useful tips that i will be able to put into place ASAP both personally and with my team. Loved being within such a diverse team, i learnt a lot from my colleagues.
