Really clear and useful session

It was a really informative course and good to participate with other attendees.

Trainer was excellent. Course content was specific enough to be applicable in real terms. It was beneficial doing the course with colleagues, but with people and projects that were new. It made it easier to apply the 'rules' and training techniques as we were thinking within a sector, but the application was broad within that, allowing us to use it as suited us.
