Ebe was absolutely brilliant, one of the best training sessions that I have attended. Ebe was patient, kept out interest, make sure all attendees engaged and really encouraged our learning.

Well organized

I enjoyed the one to one break outs more than I thought I would. Having done similar courses in my early days in this role I found people and group speaking very intimidating. Now I embrace the views and experiences of others.

I really got alot out of today's session, it has changed how I view my own challenges, that of my teams and the approach to solutions. I also really enjoyed the simple example of the scale of annoyed - and how everyone had a different interpretation.
