Reworking our slides using the top techniques was really helpful. I would have liked a little more on slide design to complement this.

It reinforced a lot of what I have experienced and studied recently. Focus was heavily on an advisor's point of view so I think it would be good to touch on difficult people i.e colleagues as a whole but overall, I am confident that I have a range of techniques to deal with difficult scenarios
