I did the online version of this course recently. It was good to do this course again but in person.

Great course content and great trainer

Wifi hit and miss in the beginning

The trainer was clear and there was a lot of objects

Tell more on how to relate and understand people better

It was good to hear others sharing and relating that back to personal experiences and thinking of how those could have been different with the tools shared

Enjoyable and interactive course. Lovely to be able to share as well as hear differing opinions and advice

It was a good course with lots of content and Natalie was great! However, I felt like I could have done with a practise session - sometimes it felt like interactivity for interactivity's sake.

The training was really engaging. I learned a lot by doing the exercises.
