The venue has a really welcoming atmosphere, the facilitator and all of the other staff were approachable and went above and beyond to make it a positive experience. Our facilitator, Ebe, taught the material in an interactive and clear manner which really helped me retain the information. I enjoyed meeting new people and learning something new :)

Very good. Workshop format rather than following a strict script was really useful in addressing some of my specific concerns

Very well planned and delivered

I was was very happy with the way the course gave me an overview of MS 365 and its different apps and functionality. MS 365 is alot clearer now.

121 session was really helpful, allowing greater interaction

I had listened to the presentations from my colleagues and gave them constructive feedback to help on their projects.

Nice to have a small group and in person

I think it could have been a one-day course, the three hours flew by!

Overall, I enjoyed the session, but at times the breakout rooms came thick and fast and I would have preferred some longer gaps. This just meant the session felt a little rushed, but was otherwise super informative and a great way to meet new people.
