Lots to reflect on and put into practice

Great courses today, Nicky was an excellent facilitator and considering how different the morning and the afternoon sessions were, she responded to the various needs very well. The morning session involved people I directly line manage and recently had very difficult and conflicted conversations with, so it was difficult to voice particular concerns and areas which need to be addressed, but I feel confident we will support each other to take an improved approach to these conversations and support one another with grace.

Sarah is always amazing. She offers practical advice and encouragement to help each learner apply learning to their specific roles and contexts. She effectively tailors the training content and delivery methods to meet the diverse needs of the group.
