Selina the facilitator was excellent and the course was great and well adapted to our needs within UNISON.
The session was very informative, providing new knowledge, and I am eager to learn more and develop additional skills.
I found the environment to be especially uplifting Selina is a very engaging and informed tutor. Despite me thinking the length of the course (10am to approx 4.15) was quite short, actually it’s the perfect amount of time and much easier to take more information in. I thoroughly enjoyed this course and will be taking much of the content back with me and will put in place in my working life
