Broken down really well, clear and lots of good techniques.

Nicky was a great Facilatator who kept us motivated by doing many interactive activities.

Really fantastic day and so much to takeaway. Decision-making exercises were really useful as was the work on listening and how to enact behaviour change. Thank you so much Nicky, you're a great facilitator and always allowed time for us to ask questions and talk through our concerns.

It was a useful course. A good introduction. I would have liked to have used some of my own material to work on as this would have been really helpful.

I find the course interesting, however because I do not use excel on a regular basis, I sometimes did not understand the terms used, however, the facilitator was very patient and clear in her explanation.
