Darren was really engaging and warm and make the day go much quicker than expected - I'm very happy with how it went

I think this induction day really explained the entire course clearly. The support message came over loud and clear, so while it was clear that we'll have challenges ahead, I think we all felt secure in the knowledge that the Happy team is there to help us.

It was a very informative course, Sal was very knowledgeable. I don't think there was enough time to practice each element.

The training was very very good. Gill teaches really well and allowed us to practice which allowed us to ask questions if we were unsure she is very patient and understanding. overall very exceptional session.
