Nicky is a fabulous facilitator, not only is she encouraging, she is a great listener & provides workable solutions

All good, shame it was virtual would have loved it to be face to face.

There were a few users that took a bit more attention which slowed down the group (computer issues) which was a pitty.

It was an EXCELLENT course, I learned a lot, and it was very interactive so I could truly understand all points and the practice part was very well done and efficient (for me).

Found it better than level 2. Was more complex but was broken down very clear and well

Sal was super friendly, and a great teacher. She made sure everyone understood what was going on at all times

It was a great session, and it appreciated how flexible Kevin was with adapting to what we needed to learn.
