I feel that overall training structure and pace is great. I would like further training in leadership to expand my knowledge. we cover a lot in the training, but would like more days for this training. Its brilliant.

Really well taught. Ebe changed the course up depending on our learning styles throughout the course, which was great. Perfect mix of doing sections on your own and sections following through on the board.

Maureen's pace is excellent, allowing time for reflection over the course of the day. The 'lightbulb' moments for me each day/session have been insightful and are helping to deepen my understanding of where I am and where I need to be to move on not only successfully but happily and confidently into a new role. I'm not there yet but moving in the right direction.

The course is very good and covers a wide range of topics, soft skills for leaders and managers. Maybe sometimes it feels it is too much and not enough depth as the content is quite broad. I suppose there are lots of topics and areas to cover and get through on leadership and we also do the self-study on other topics as the pre-work too. Overall, it was facilitated excellently and particularly as it was on-line so not easy as in face to face.

I enjoyed but- but zoom fatigue is a thing for me and also find behaviours are different on camera and do less easy to directly apply learning to face to face situations

A good day although lots of info and learning that will take time to process and fully understand.

Super facilitation skill by Racheal throughout the four sessions of the program - she makes the sessions very lively and practical

Excellent course but shame the book didn't have the same content
