I appreciated it being a female group and having the baseline understanding of the impact of gender.

I've learnt a lot from todays course, and it was interesting to hear the similarities that the group had when addressing situations and the internal dialogue we all experience. This in it's self has helped to reassure and increase my confidence when being assertive going forward.

very friendly instructor, Ed made sure we were all up to speed at the same time and was clear in showing and talking through the steps

instructor was very friendly and engaging, made the course easy to understand and stopped if there was any questions or more explanation was needed. good course and was able to learn a lot.

would have preferred a little more time on Lookups, but think thats personal preference - was happy with everything I learnt

I have learned a lot from today's session that can be applied to my everyday work as well as to my team. This session made me reflect more, have that self-awareness and be mindful and include others.
