Not sure what I expected so different parts of the course felt more relevant than others. I have defiantly taken some things away from it though.
Breakout groups could have been bigger to encourage more interaction
the course was useful and the facilitator was engaging and knowledgable. The breakout sessions were far too long, and totally unstructured. We had one @45 minutes and one @75 minutes. I have never even had one half this length. The day could have been reduced in length significantly.
I felt the course could have been condensed although the trainer was very flexible which was vey helpful.
Enjoyable and insightful experience which i am positive will enhance my ways of working.
This course was very well presented and managed by the facilitator who did an especially good job with encouraging user participation. The course was perhaps a bit less informative/in depth than I expected but it was good to have a space to talk about approaches to this problem with other people. Overall it was worthwhile and I can understand that there are perhaps no 'super fixes' when it comes to the topic of time management, just good suggestions and habits.
Good but basic tips for people who know about mindfulness already. Good reminder of the importance of taking time for oneself.
There is a lot to learn, probably it is because I have not used teams as the main organiser. Christine answered any questions asked, I need to practise.
