The facilitator made no reference to the fact that LAS is made up of full- and part-time staff which fundamentally affects our team-building and internal corms. She didn't seem to k n o w us.

A very good experience

Excellent course. Gill managed to answer all of my questions for which there were quite a few.

The course is well delivered, facilitated and the hospitality is good.

This was great. The course was pitched exactly right for my level (I have been using excel for years, but have never really understood it or had any training). I was able to follow the course relatively easy, but whenever I got confused I could ask and trouble-shoot problems that have niggled me for years! I really hope my employer lets me come back for more training, I would really like to do all the levels.
