Ben was a fantastic facilitator and excellent instructor. Really enjoyed the two days, learnt a lot and was very engaging throughout.

Excellent training on management fundamentals with a good mix of practice, theory and movement. Thought the pace was just right and a good amount of breaks. Also great food and snacks and loved the common room area.

I felt slightly emotional when we done the Appreciative Gossip activity. It was great to hear good things about yourself as well as say good thing about my colleagues.
