The facilitator was extremely patient. I had technical challenges but he was very accommodative. He is good at his job. I felt very much respected and included.

very good first day well paced, not too many slides, lots of time for participation and learning and listening to others

interesting approach to run the course, interesting to listen the group' experience and learn from that

I think the remaining course will address some of the challenges I have and hence the 3 stars as I am on my way but not quite there yet.
