It was an interesting session on agile, and I learnt some new techniques. I especially liked the cover story exercise.

Online today which is always more challenging than f2f engagement. Session was informative and i learnt a lot from others, quite difficult to stay engaged as way out of my comfort zone

I really enjoyed Rachael as a facilitator. She was warm and personable with clear evidence of experience in project management. The course was well structured with a comfortable mixture of listening and structured contribution and the lay out of the course was easy to follow with clear objectives for the session.
Have preferred F2F classroom learning previously but was pleasantly surprised with how well todays session went.

Really good workshop with lots of concrete examples and tools- allowing us to experience them as the participant as well as thinking about how we can use them as the facilitators. Really helpful and engaging workshop.
