The timing and gap between the two days could have been managed better, however, that was an issue from our HR. The lunch email didn't arrive, (apparently went into junk). If I had been aware that a lunch email would arrive, I would have looked out for it. No checking was done by our HR or Happy, but luckily lunch was adequate, as were the other treats.

very useful course with practical tips

The course was paced well and provided a chance to reflect on communication styles, EDI, personal branding and my journey.

The facilitator was very welcoming, included everyone and made allowances for the different levels of skills in the group. Encouraged everyone to participate and ask questions.

Today's session was engaging, focusing on problem-solving and decision-making, including topics like the Toast Theory and Six Thinking Hats. I gained valuable insights and practical tools that I am excited to apply in my workplace.

Another great session, a good use of break-out rooms where we get the opportunity to catch up with others on the course. The content is always really interesting and enables us to take the skills we learn and use into our every day roles.

Really interesting session on ops management with lots to take away as tangible actions. Janet is great at giving real life examples too

Sal is an amazing teacher - made the course really engaging and easy to follow

I thought Sal was clear and confident in the delivery of the course. She was warm and welcoming in allowing questions to be asked. She was plain and simple in her approach for those who were completely new to the workings of Excel which was nice to see.
