It was delivered at a good pace, and covered a good range of areas. As it was online it was a good length (not too long and plenty of breaks) so I was able to keep engaged throughout.

Edmund was excellent and gave very clear explanations. Kept a solid pace throughout to make sure that all content was covered. He adjusted well to prioritise content that the majority of the group wanted to look at.

The instructor and supporting colleague were both brilliant. The course was delivered at the perfect level and pace for me, and the instructor was really flexible to the needs of everyone in the course. Including changing the order of the day so we could prioritise the learning we wanted. I liked how interactive and practical the course was. We had a good number of breaks. And received a good level of information without anything feeling too overwhelming.

The course as a whole has been very interesting with lots to think about and implement in day to day working.

Have absolutely loved the course - Nicky is an excellent facilitator and has given me so much food for thought. I truly think I will be a better manager as a result of this programme.
