Enjoyable day - thought provoking and empowering

As usual Maureen facilitated the session brilliantly and personally speaking, as I missed the previous session I feel that I was brought up to speed, which meant that I felt part of the group and included.

Lots of food for thought and I have taken away skills and advise which I will try to practice throughout my role

At times this afternoon it felt like we could have moved on more quickly.. some of the late content felt rushed. That’s not to detract from the high quality of the course itself.

Nicky is an excellent facilitator who delivers a great presentation and program
