I really enjoyed today's session. There are some really good take aways from it and also hearing other peoples experiences in the break out room was really good and enabled us to have a discussion around how to approach things from a different perspective.

My skills level/knowledge was way below that of my colleagues, in hindsight I should have attended level one. Despite this, Daphne took great time and care to check I was learning and able to participate and I came away with lots more knowledge.

The venue was fantastic. Staff very friendly and inviting. Initially felt a little daunted with the first exercise but soon found that i was more comfortable with the processes and confident in approaching fomulas in the future. Ebe was a good and challenging trainer. Appreciated the print out of the Level 1 course as well to take home.

In retrospect I should have done Level 1 first as some of this was a bit advanced however Ebe was a great facilitator, patient and a great way of teaching and recognising the different needs in the group
