Serena was an excellent trainer who engaged and supported the group extremely well.

excellent course, really engaging and made me think outside of the box. It was clear that when you actually think about who your stakeholders are the list seems to grow more and more the more you think about who they actually are.

The course could be longer to get more practice sessions in using what I have learned. Paul was straightforward to follow and understood

The training provided by Serena was excellent. It was presented in a clear, concise manner and I was able to keep up with the course. The training manual which has also been provided is really helpful and detailed and I am confident I will be able to be able to create my own dashboards using Power BI.

Serena was a wonderful trainer. She spoke clearly and explained things really well. She made sure everyone was included and able to follow along and was really responsive in answering all the questions we had. I feel a lot more confident now to take away the skills I've learnt from the course and apply them to my own work.

The facilitator was lovely and very engaging - ensuring all of us were up to speed. Lovely venue too with really friendly staff.

Really good training, Ben kept the group engaged and interested for two full days, would definitely recommend to others
