Having completed an emerging manager course, this day helped to expand on the coaching practice and decipher between mentoring and coaching. The practical exercises allowed us to put learnings into practice which I always find useful. It helped everyone was open and friendly.

Well structured course. Only obstacle was I could not access Copilot, would suggest is access is checked before we attend the course
Facilitator was very lovely and went at a good pace always happy to repeat and explain further. Only downside is time - the course needs more time than given
