Training was very useful and well delivered. Facilitator, Christine, is very friendly and knowledgeable, always ready and happy to help. She kept track on all of us making sure that no one stays behind and if someone needs help, they will get it:). She also supplied us with helpful links and advice where and how to get help.

Well facilitated and good support of all participants

The presenter Christine was the best presenter I have ever had on a training course! The course went at the pace of the group (not rushed and not too slow) and Christine was precice and cheerful all the way through. It made the experience fun and I have learnt a lot of new things that I will put into practice straight away.

Very well paced and detailed. Easy to follow the instructions. Really beneficial having the pages to use during training and practice afterwards. Thank you.

Structure absolutely fine, only 4 stars because I feel like could have gone at a quicker pace, though appreciate thats not practical in groups.
