The course was helpful, some of which I already knew but reinforces stakeholder engagement and project planning early stages. As most of my interventions are human behaviour change projects, research initiation phases are most imperative.

Would like to have been given more concrete and practical tools/tips for managing projects instead of all the discussion Perhaps this will be given in next session. I found slides helpful but not always given enough time to look at them. Some really useful advice otherwise and Rachael was a great facilitator

The trainer was wonderful. Really warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I found the course a bit too long and wondered if it could be cut down to a 2 hour course.
