I thought it was engaging, well paced & explained well enough that people of different levels could all follow along & not feel frustrated.

i really liked the trainer she was not too fast or too sloe. every other minute she made sure that all of us were understanding what is being taught and that we are all following through . kept us well engaged and well informed.
