A well structured and delivered workshop allowing time for conversation and review. This works for staff at all levels and, as a manager, offered considerations and insights that I can action and take forward.

Great to see how the facilitators approach increased levels of engagement. Everyone felt invluded

Paul led a really great session- he listened to our needs right from the start. He kept everyone involved and engaged the whole way through with plenty of breakouts sessions. The addition of the booklet as a resource is great because you can refer back to it. I also think there were a lot of new resources and themes I learnt that I had not come across before.

The course content was a good balance for those that were new to powerpoint and those more confident. The pace was quite slow but I think that was beneficial for the less confident members of the group. Good amount of breaks I think everyone found the training very useful and had tips and tricks to use in their everyday work
