Christine broke things down, making them very simple to understand. There were enough interactive exercises that I could build my own confidence after watching her do one example and she was always happy to answer all questions, or pause if one of the group had an issue. A very big thank you for making excel seem much less scary!

Very well paced, used examples, signposted for further examples when I was curious around other types of datasets, recapped on previous steps that were tricky and enabled questions to be addressed very quickly and effectively.

Serena was an amazing trainer. The pace allowed me to keep up with the training. Serena also ensured to check with the candidates during each step.

Its a good course and a powerful piece of software so I enjoyed the learning. I think you must have a certain level of proficiency in Excel and other design programmes to stay on top of the learning
