Daphne was very patient and we spent the last few hours trying to figure out how to use our internal schedule.
Rudi was a fantastic trainer, slow and patient for those that needed it and always answered all queries no matter how abstract. Great level of detail and care from him and always with a smile - very happy indeed! - this made a great difference as the environment was one of fun which aids in the learning process. Only possible negative of course would be learners weren't really at the same level, there was quite a big difference in level actually which limited the learning material/process.
good that it was one to one training as it enabled me to get training on specific areas relevant to me/my job.
Overall the session has been really helpful. Even the couple of things I didn't think I could use, our manager said they can use.
