Very enjoyable training session, just got to try and remember it all now! Good to know the helpline is available though.

Difficult to evaluate the brochure as I have yet to read it. Enjoyed the course.

I feel the course was really good and will help me a lot in my day to day job, however i feel that the time was short and we needed more time. I do think that the course should be split in to days as we were rushing at the end and didn't get to go through everything.

Anything I have not given full ratings to is not due to any shortcomings on Happy's side, I think I expected more than the course offered due to my own fault of not looking things up properly. I AM REALLY PLEASED I WENT ON THIS COURSE, IT AS REALLY GAVE ME A LOT OF IDEAS FOR MY ROLE

There was a mix up that I would cover creating documents such as forms. This was not the case but the trainer and the Admin staff apologised and are arranging for me to do a session free of charge to make up for this mistake

Daphne was an excellent instructor and tailored the lesson to our specific team needs

Very empowering training. I feel more confident about topics not covered.

Had a brilliant time - trainer was very engaging and I learnt a lot. With the possible exception of the venue being a bit small when full on the first day, nothing I would really change!
